Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

To clean your Xcursion Fusions, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting the Xcursion Fusion in the washing machine or dryer.

Happy so far.

Only did one decent hike with these. It was a rainy 13.5km and my feet stayed dry. Pretty good grip for a hike with a mix of roots, rocks, mud and elevations changes. They are light and comfortable. It was recommended to go a half size up. I have a 10.5 in the Denver leathers and they fit perfect so I got an 11 for these and they feel a little too big for my liking. The insoles had slid back and up the heel a little by the end of the hike likely due to the size even though I had the laced up snug.

Like/hate relationship

Wore them once 7 days ago and still can't get a blister to heal. Love the look and they kept the water off my feet so that's positive. However I'm probably going to have to buy some insoles and if that doesn't work I'll donate them to the homeless shelter.

Seriously though, no break in time straight into a 15 hour - 20 mile hike and my feet felt amazing the next day!

These are excellent!

Lightweight and comfortable. They seem tough so far. I took them straight out of the box for a 10 mile hike with a 45 lb pack on some steep trails and rough logging roads and they never slipped, no blisters, stayed dry going through wet muddy areas and my feet didn’t sweat which isn’t the norm. Slightly larger than the same same size Aqua x shoes so I there’s a little extra toe room if you want thicker socks.
