If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can make an online return or exchange within 45 days of the original purchase date. Make sure your product is in brand new, unworn and unaltered condition.

To start a return choose “Returns” at the top of this page and follow the steps provided.
- Enter your order number and email address or shipping zip code used to place the order
- Select the items you want to return and follow the instructions
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping information
Be sure to inspect the product before returning, and include the original packing materials, if possible.
Make sure your product is in brand new, unworn and unaltered condition.
We offer free exchanges!
If you would like to exchange for a different size or color of the same style shoe, select “exchanges” at the top of this page and follow the steps to return your product and create an exchange order.
Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
Can I exchange for a different style?
Yes! To exchange for a different style:
- Select “returns” at the top of this page and process a return of the current shoes and request a store credit.
- Store credit is issued when the shoes are received and reviewed.
- Purchase a new style of shoes and use the store credit to pay.
Exchanges and refunds to store credit are completely free.
For refunds to original payment method there will be a $9.99 restocking fee deducted from your refund.
We will email you when your return has been processed.
We kindly ask for up to 7 business days after we receive your return shipment to process your request and issue your refund.
We ship orders very quickly and have a limited window of time where we can edit or cancel an order before its shipped. If you notice a problem with your order please email the customer happiness team immediately at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to take care of the issue.
We use UPS as our shipment carrier. You can drop your return off at any UPS shop.
A list of pickup locations will be supplied with your return label.
For international returns you would select “Returns” on this page and go through the steps in the portal and then use your own shipping method to return your products to us.

Your refund will be for the purchase price only. We will send you an email confirmation when your refund has been completed.
For orders placed on Amazon, please contact Amazon Customer Service.
All of our shoes are guaranteed for 24 months from the original purchase date for manufacturing issues. If you have a manufacturing concern, please email our Customer Happiness team at [email protected] with photos of the issue and your order number.

The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (non-refundable)
For refunds to original payment method you will receive a refund of the purchase price minus a $9.99 restocking fee.
