Position Overview:

As a Senior Software Engineer at Xero Shoes, you will be key in developing and maintaining software solutions that power our business, from e-commerce platforms to internal systems and beyond. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design scalable and efficient software solutions, and implement best practices to ensure our systems’ reliability, security, and performance.

  • Architect scalable and robust systems that can accommodate future growth and evolution of the business.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and other areas for optimization within existing systems.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and incorporate new ideas and methodologies to drive innovation.
  • Deploy and manage software applications in production environments, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum rituals such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to track progress, identify blockers, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or bottlenecks, leveraging resources efficiently to optimize productivity and maximize project success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, Python, or Java, and experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, Agile/Scrum practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Continuous learner committed to staying current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to foster their professional growth and development.
  • Fully developed core skills that require minimal direction.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail..
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for learning and professional growth, with a proactive mindset towards exploring new technologies and expanding your skill sets.

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Pay: The annual salary for this position ranges between $125,000 – $160,000 DOE. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs, and other considerations as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2. Other rewards may include bonuses, short-and long-term incentives.

As we expand our reach globally, we seek a skilled Email/CRM Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement through strategic email campaigns and CRM initiatives.

Position Overview:

As the Email/CRM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s digital communication strategy and nurturing meaningful relationships with our customers worldwide. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will collaborate closely with cross-
functional teams to develop and execute dynamic email campaigns, leverage customer data insights, and optimize our CRM platform to drive revenue growth and foster brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Email Marketing Leadership:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive global email marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and customer lifecycle stages.
    • Create a detailed email marketing calendar encompassing promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal initiatives, and customer segmentation strategies.
    • Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of engaging email campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging and design integrity.
    • Utilize A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize email content, subject lines, send times, and segmentation strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the design team to translate brand guidelines and creative concepts into visually compelling email assets that resonate with our target audience.
    • Collaborate with product, merchandising, and sales teams to align email marketing initiatives with product launches, promotions, and sales targets.
    • Liaise with IT and CRM administrators to ensure seamless integration of email marketing efforts with our customer data platform (CDP) and other marketing technologies.
  3. CRM and Customer Data Management:
    • Oversee the management and optimization of our customer data platform (CDP), leveraging customer insights to drive personalized messaging and segmentation strategies.
    • Implement automated email workflows and triggered campaigns based on customer behaviors, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
    • Develop and execute SMS marketing campaigns to complement email initiatives and engage customers across multiple touchpoints.
  4. Loyalty Program Enhancement:
    • Evaluate and optimize our loyalty program to enhance customer retention, increase lifetime value, and drive repeat purchases.
    • Develop targeted email campaigns and communications to promote loyalty program enrollment, rewards redemption, and engagement activities.
  5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for email marketing and CRM initiatives, including revenue attribution, engagement metrics, and subscriber growth.
    • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in email marketing and CRM to inform strategic decision-making and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a
    related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on email marketing, CRM, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful global email marketing campaigns in a fast-paced e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Expertise in email marketing platforms and CRM systems (Klaviyo and Attentive SMS).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to derive actionable insights from campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent project management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative flair and attention to detail, with a passion for storytelling and crafting engaging email content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Experience with SMS marketing, loyalty program management, and customer data platforms (CDPs) is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for outdoor activities, sustainability, and minimalist living is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time, 40-hours, Exempt

Pay: The annual salary for this position ranges between $85,000.00 – $110,000.00. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and equity awards.

Xero Shoes is looking for independent models for both studio and lifestyle photos and videos.

Xero Shoes is an inclusive brand and we believe in representing people of all genders, shapes, sizes, and colors. Our models are real people that show real-world wearing occasions for our footwear. We’ll often ask you to run, walk, lift, smile, laugh, and more.

Models are needed for:

  • In-studio video wearing product
  • Lifestyle photos out in the world
  • Lifestyle videos out in the world
  • Speaking/acting roles in Xero Shoes marketing videos

As we often do shoots in locations in and around the Denver area, models must have reliable transportation to and from shoots and may be asked to travel to our Broomfield headquarters.

Requirements

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE CAN:

  • Pose for photos or videos showing their face, body, and feet
  • Pose for different activities, including running, hiking, and fitness
  • Pose with other models and pets both in-studio and in public spaces
  • Follow directions from photographers and stylists
  • Communicate with the Photographer and Creative and Content Manager efficiently and effectively throughout the scheduling and shoot process
  • Maintain clean feet and trimmed nails (for our sandal styles)
  • Work closely with us to produce a desired look
  • Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude and represent Xero Shoes professionally
  • Availability for shoots from 2 to 4 hours

Pay for all modeling opportunities is $50/hr and includes a free pair of Xero Shoes

All models must sign a photo/video release form that gives Xero Shoes unlimited usage of their likeness in perpetuity. Models may be required to sign an NDA depending on the shoot.

There are no guaranteed hours at this time. Joining the network is a freelance hourly position with no fixed contract. We often schedule with 1 week or less advance notice.

The job is first shift plus and occasional weekend. Our warehouse is located in east Denver near I-70 and Havana. Some of the duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Picking/packing direct-to-consumer orders
  • Fulfilling wholesale and Amazon orders
  • Processing returns and exchanges
  • Unloading shipping container and trailers
  • Sorting and restoring returned product
  • Organizing stock and maintaining inventory
  • Inspecting products for defects and damages
  • Initiating quality control checks on incoming products and outbound shipments

The successful candidate will have at least two (2) years of warehouse experience including warehouse management systems using scanners in a warehouse or shipping environment. Experience with Ship Hero is a plus.

Whether you are experienced or not, please be sure that you meet the following minimum requirements prior to applying:

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • Able to work some overtime hours if needed
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds
  • You are able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • You are able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products
  • Outstanding attendance record is required
  • Able to safely operate a scissor lift or willing to learn
  • Good communication skills and ability to communicate with management
  • Strong attention to detail is a must
  • Able to work while wearing a mask

It’s a physical job! If you have never worked in a warehouse environment before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for 90% – 95% of your shift. While we want everyone to feel comfortable, our ability to control the temperature in our warehouses is limited. Indoor warehouse working conditions are impacted by seasons and the weather.

Given the speed at which our company is growing, you also must be able to think fast, wear a lot of hats and adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. We’re a small team so everyone must be willing to pitch in where needed and work together to get things done. Some overtime may be required.
