Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

guess I’m not a barefoot kinda gal….

guess I’m not a barefoot kinda gal — not enough shoe between my foot and the ground. I was very interested to try because I loved the Born to Run books so the endorsement influenced me greatly to try out the brand - but too thin for me to enjoy. the worse part tho I think has been trying to return them….. ugh. Can’t reach the company, have been emailed to delay my return, apparently going to be an expensive return - anyway - I’m sure they are great for people who want to run barefoot! that’s the point, yes? Just didn’t work for me.

Best shoe ever!

I have been looking for the “right” shoe for me for a long time. I have some issues with my feet and it is difficult to find a shoe that I can wear all day without pain or discomfort. This is most definitely the right shoe. Fits well, supports, and , most important, feels great all day.

Cute, light, wide no arch support

no arch support....I have very high arches and after a day of wearing my knees and legs hurt....can not imaging running in them,.

Overall I very much like them especially the red color and design

I'd love it if the heel for your women's shoes were a bit smaller. Women's feet are not at all like men's feet and our heels tend to be small compared to our forefoot. I had to purchase heel pads and a tongue pad in order to get these to fit me. I do have narrow, low volume feet and sometimes I feel like the shoe industry caters to wide feet. I'm not a runner but have been wearing barefoot shoes for years. I'm 77 years old so not your typical customer. For some reason I have never had any problem adjusting to barefoot shoes but I have had a problem finding ones that will fit my foot.
