Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Super cute and comfy

These were my 4th zero’s so I obviously like the brand. These are darling; retro and playful without being immature. From prior purchases I knew I could expect a wide toe cabin, flexibility and support, this was true. My other boots by xero have held up really well under hard wear on the farm and the river.

Great overall, with some caveats

Excellent boots with a couple of flaws: I love these boots for their comfort, initial waterproofness, support and traction. The issues I’ve had: the opening is narrow which makes it hard to put the boot on, even with the laces loosened, the heel is soft and smashes down easily, and the boots shrank after getting soaked and drying - even gradually. I had to use boot stretchers and they’re still a little too short - I think the suede shrank the whole boot. The boot also loses its waterproofness after it gets soaked. I did buy a second pair because I needed a quick fix for a trip and you deliver very quickly, but I would have preferred to be able to use my old pair for the trip. Instead, I left the boots at home with a boot stretcher, hoping to get them back to their original size.

Love the look! but a bit too wide

Let me start by saying this is great looking boot! One of the main reasons I like Xero shoes is the width of the toe box which allows for freedom of movement of the toes while still feeling snug around the rest of the foot. Unfortunately, these boots feel wide from the toes all the way up the foot. To make them feel more snug, I've had to pull the shoelaces tight and still the boot feels 'loose'. There is no way I would be able to wear thin hiking socks and even now, wearing thicker socks helps a bit but not enough I feel to not get blisters on a long hike.
