Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Impressive!

This is my first pair of Xeros and first zero-drop shoes…but they won’t be my last! I’ve been wearing other shoes advertised to help plantar fasciitis and joint pain, but Xeros seem to help both just as much! I could immediately tell a difference in the engagement of my posterior chain; my whole gait seems healthier in these shoes!

Coming apart at seam; squishy

I love Xero shoes. In fact I have five pairs! All my others have proven durable, comfortable, and flexible. I bought these because I wanted a sturdier pair that I could take hiking. Unfortunately I was surprised by the thickness of the sole — it’s substantially thicker than my other pairs and has almost no ground-feel. Worse, however, is that within a month they started to show serious signs of wear on the top ridge of the shoes right by the tongue. At first I thought it would be fine, but both shoes have developed tears and now I can see the plastic inner structure. For such a good looking shoe, this is a real blow. They look old and I’ve had them only a month and a half! I’m disappointed as I had high hopes for them!

Always coming back

I love xero shoes. My favorite things about xero shoes are the wider toe area and the way the shoe hold your foot in place. I wore xero shoes back when they were first starting out and I wore those shoes until they just broke apart. At the time I didn’t have enough money to buy another pair , so I went to the thrift store and tried regular shoes for a while. But then my toes started to hurt and I tried hammy down Nikes and those are just shoes made for Barbie doll feet. I think I have hobbit feet or something cause my toes felt super squished and the narrow curve hurt my feet. I can’t wear Nikes like everyone else can. I tried and I think because the shoes was like walking on memory foam I twisted my ankle. Then I just gave in and reached into my saving account and baught me a good pair of xero shoes made for hiking cause I travel a lot on my feet on concrete,dirt, work,the streets, the rocky Texas trails, and well everywhere. I’ll be back in a couple more years when these are worn out. Thank you xero shoes for making a great long lasting product.

They look really nice but the underfoot was truly not what I expected. Quite cushy for this brand and I had previously purchased the Terraflex which was much more groundfeeling.
